To make sure every new patient gets the time and attention they deserve, we require a $100 reservation deposit when booking your visit.
- Reserve Your Slot – This deposit secures your time exclusively with our team.
- Fully Refundable – If you decide not to move forward, just ask and we’ll refund it in full. Deposits are only kept for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment.
- Goes Toward Treatment – If you choose to move forward, your deposit is applied directly toward your treatment cost, like a prepaid credit.
This policy helps us protect everyone’s time and ensures we’re always prepared to give you the best possible experience. Your deposit will simply be credited toward your treatment or refunded at your visit.
