Each appointment requires a refundable reservation deposit
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a future visit. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours are subject to a standard $100 charge per scheduled hour. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another patient in need of care and ensures our team is ready to give each patient the attention they deserve.
